

Moxibustion
Moxibustion ( Chinese: 灸法/ jiu fa ) is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that consists of burning dried Mugwort ( Moxa ) on particular points on the body. It plays an important role in the traditional medicine systems of China, as well as Tibet, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia.
Moxa uses to warm regions and meridian points with the intention of stimulating circulation through the points and inducing a smoother flow of blood and Qi ( Energy ).
